NOTICE OF PRESENTATION OF A DRAFT PRIVATE INTEREST LAW

City of Gaspé

NOTICE is given that the City of Gaspé will address the National Assembly, at the present session, to request the adoption of a private bill having for object:

• authorize it to adopt and implement a housing program providing in particular for its participation in the construction of rental housing on its territory and the granting of financial assistance for the construction of new housing and the renovation of existing housing , and also to grant it any other power necessary or useful for its proper administration;

• authorize it to adopt and implement a program to promote the development of housing on its territory by promoting the acquisition of residential buildings.  

Anyone who has reason to intervene on the bill must inform the Director of Legislation of the National Assembly by mail at 1035, rue des Parlementaires, office 3.55, Québec (Québec), G1A 1A3, or by email. at af.juridiques@assnat.qc.ca
