Claim in Case of Damage

The following form is made available by the Town of Gaspé to citizens wishing to file a claim in case of damage to assist them in the process. However, this does not mean that the Town of Gaspé will take responsibility nor pay for the damages claimed.

Please attach the documents in proof to your claim: invoices, photos, submission or any other relevant document. In the case of property damages, the notice must be given to the Town of Gaspé registrar within 15 days following the incident.
