ENACTMENT OF BY-LAW

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given:

1.-     THAT at a meeting held on December 21, 2020, the Town Council has adopted by-law 1156-11-48 by-law amending By-Law 1156-11 « modifiant les usages autorisés dans la zone IC-269 afin de permettre comme usage spécifiquement permis dans cette zone, l’usage Entreposage de produits finis de composantes d’éolienne accompagné d’un bâtiment principal »;

2.-     THAT by-law 1156-11-48 has been approved by the council of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé, on January 14, 2021;

3.-     THAT an assessment of conformity has been issued by the Secretary-treasurer of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé in respect of by-law 1156-11-48 on January 18, 2021;

4.-     THAT by-law 1156-11-48 came into force on January 18, 2021, according to the Act respecting land use planning and development;

5.-     THAT the interested can consult this by-law by contacting the town clerk’s office at 418-368-2104 ext. 8505, during regular office hours.
