MINOR EXEMPTION
FROM URBANISM BY-LAWS
NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at an ordinary meeting that will be held on April 15, 2019, at 8 pm, will consider the request for minor exemption from the land division By-Law 1157-11, presented by Mr Christopher Egger for the lot 6 125 831, cadastre of Quebec
The nature and consequences of this exemption are the following:
- the nature of the minor exemption is to :
Lot 1 : the reduction of 2.72 m of the minimal depth required by the article 5.3 of the Land division By-Law 1157-11 for a building lot of 60 m;
Lot 2 : the reduction of 2.87 m of the minimal depth required by the article 5.3 of the Land division By-Law 1157-11 for a building lot of 60 m;
Lot 3 : the reduction of 2.64 m of the minimal depth required by the article 5.3 of the Land division By-Law 1157-11 for a building lot of 60m.
- the minor exemption will have for consequence to permit the subdivision of three (3) building lots, one lot with a depth of 57.28 m (lot 1), a second one with a depth of 57.13 m (lot 2) and a third one with a depth of 57.36 m (lot 3).
During this meeting, the Town Council will hear the interested wishing to be heard on that request.
