PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given:

1.-     THAT at a meeting held on June 17, 2024, the Town Council has adopted this by-law 1156-11-66, « règlement amendant le règlement de zonage 1156-11 en remplaçant le point 4 de l’article 6.1 CONTRUCTIONS* ET USAGES* PERMIS DANS LA COUR AVANT* »

2.-     THAT by-law 1156-11-66 has been approved by the council of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé, on July 10, 2024;

3.-     THAT an assessment of conformity has been issued by the Clerk-treasurer of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé in respect of by-law 1156-11-66 on July 12, 2024;

4.-     THAT by-law 1156-11-66 came into force on July 12, 2024, according to the Act respecting land use planning and development;

5.-     THAT the interested can consult that by-law at the Office of the Town clerk, at 155, rue de la Reine, Gaspé, during regular office hours.
