Minor exemption - 269, rue Jacques-Cartier

NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at an ordinary meeting that will be held on Monday June 18, 2018, at 8 pm, will consider the request for minor exemption from the zoning By-Law 1156-11, presented by Mr Maxime Bernatchez for a property situated at 269, rue Jacques-Cartier.

The nature and consequences of this exemption are the following:

  • the nature of the minor exemption is to :
  • increase of 2 m the permit height for a shed in accordance to the maximal height of 4m required by the article 8.8.1 of the zoning By-law 1156-11, and that, to conform the transformation of the garage into a shed with a height of 6m.
  • increase of 1.2 m the permit height for a garage in accordance to the maximal height of 6m required by the article 8.8.2.2 of the zoning By-law 1156-11, and that, to permit the construction of an isolated private garage with an height of 7.2 m.
  • the minor exemption will have for consequence to permit the transformation of a garage into a shed with an height of 6m and permit the construction of an isolated private garage with an height of 7.2 m.

During this meeting, the Town Council will hear the interested wishing to be heard on that request.
