ENACTMENT OF BY-LAW

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given :

1. 1. THAT at a meeting held on March 18, 2019, the Town Council has adopted By-Law 1390-19 «décrétant une dépense d’une somme de 2 000 000 $ et un emprunt de 2 000 000 $ pour la réalisation de travaux de rapiéçage mécanisé sur diverses rues de la Ville de Gaspé».

2. 2. THAT By-Law 1390-19 has been approved by the qualified voters during a register held on April 2 and 3, 2019.

3. 3. THAT By-Law 1390-19 have been approved by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, on May 17, 2019.

4. 4. THAT the interested can consult that By-Law at the Clerk’s office, at the Town Hall, 25, rue de l’Hôtel-de-Ville, during regular office hours.
