NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting that will be held on Monday, December 21, 2020, at 7 pm, the Town Council will adopt its 2021 budget, its triennial program of fixed assets and any other by-law or resolution concerning the 2021 budget.

Given the current exceptional situation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, this meeting will be held behind closed doors and by videoconference. However, it will be webcast on the “Youtube” channel of the town of Gaspé

The deliberations of the council and the question period will relate only to the budget or the triennial program of fixed assets, in accordance with article 474.2 of the Cities and Towns Act. In this regard, taxpayers wishing to address questions regarding the budget should do so before 4:00 p.m. on December 21, 2020, in writing as follows:
