PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given :

1.       THAT at a meeting held on November 2, 2020, the Town Council has adopted By-Law 1424-20 « décrétant l’acquisition de véhicules et un emprunt de 560 000 $».

2.       THAT at a meeting held on December 7, 2020, the Town Council has adopted By-Law 1427-20 « décrétant une dépense d’une somme de 500 971 $ et un emprunt d’une somme de 500 791 $ pour la réalisation de travaux de réfection de l’usine d’épuration des eaux usées de Sandy-Beach ».

3.       THAT By-Law 1424-20 has been approved by the qualified voters during a registration procedure held from November 5 to November 20, 2020.

4.       THAT By-Law 1427-20 has been approved by the qualified voters during a registration procedure held from December 31, 2020 to January 15, 2021.

5.       THOSE By-Laws 1424-20 and 1427-20 have been approved by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, on May 6, 2021.

6.       THAT this regulation comes into force in accordance with the law.

7.       THAT the interested can have information for those By-Laws by communicating with the Clerk’s office, by phone at 418-368-2104 extension 8505, during regular office hours.
