PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given:
1.- THAT at a meeting held on September 6, 2022, the Town Council has adopted by-law 1156-11-57 by-law amending the Zoning By-Law 1156-11 in:
- « modifiant le paragraphe de l’article 5 IMPLANTATION;
- ajoutant l’article 6 DISTANCES SÉPARATRICES RÉCIPROQUES POUR CERTAINS USAGES DE LA CLASSE D’USAGES INDUSTRIE EXTRACTIVE (I-3);
- ajoutant l’article 7 NORMES D’IMPLANTATION À PROXIMITÉ DES VOIES FERRÉES;
- modifiant la limite du périmètre urbain de Rivière-au-Renard à l’annexe 1 carte 3 de 4 « Plan de zonage, Zone du périmètre urbain du centre-ville de Rivière-au-Renard »;
2.- THAT by-law 1156-11-57 has been approved by the council of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé, on October 12, 2022;
3.- THAT an assessment of conformity has been issued by the Secretary-treasurer of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé in respect of by-law 1156-11-57 on October 17, 2022;
4.- THAT by-law 1156-11-57 came into force on October 17, 2022, according to the Act respecting land use planning and development;
5.- THAT the interested can consult this by-law at the Office of the Town clerk, at the Town Hall, 25, rue de l'Hôtel-de-Ville, Gaspé, during regular office hours.
