PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given:

1.-      THAT at a meeting held on February 20, 2023, the Town Council has adopted this by-law :

• 1170-12-06, « Règlement amendant le règlement relatif à la gestion des règlements d’urbanisme 1170-12 en modifiant l’article 1.8 TERMINOLOGIE en modifiant la définition des termes « Coefficient d’implantation au sol (C.I.S.) » et « Coefficient d’occupation au sol (C.O.S.) » et en remplaçant les points a) et b) de l’article 7.4 ENSEIGNE*. »

2.-      THAT at a meeting held on March 6, 2023, the Town Council has adopted this by-law :

• 1156-11-62, « règlement amendant le règlement de zonage 1156-11 en agrandissant la zone HC-220 à même une partie de la zone HF-204, et ce, afin d’inclure une partie du lot 4 734 903, cadastre du Québec; »

3.-      THAT by-laws 1156-11-62 and 1170-12-06 have been approved by the council of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé, on March 8, 2023;

4.-      THAT an assessment of conformity has been issued by the Secretary-treasurer of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé in respect of by-laws 1156-11-62 and 1170-12-06 on March 10, 2023;

5.-      THAT by-laws 1156-11-62 and 1170-12-06 came into force on March 10, 2023, according to the Act respecting land use planning and development;

6.-      THAT the interested can consult those by-laws at the Office of the Town clerk, at the Town Hall, 25, rue de l'Hôtel-de-Ville, Gaspé, during regular office hours.
