NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at an ordinary meeting that will be held on Monday, October 23, 2023, at 7h30 pm, will consider the request for minor exemption from the land division By-Law 1157-11, presented by Mr Daniel Bonenfant for a property constituted by lot 4 470 257, Cadastre du Québec, situated on McAuley street.

The nature and consequences of this exemption are the following:

• The nature of the minor exemption consists of the reduction of 3,531,40 m² of the area of a building lot compared to the minimum area of 10,000 m² established in article 5.3 A note (3) the land division By-law 1157-11.

• the minor exemption will have for consequence to regularize a lot having an area of 6 468,60 m²

During this meeting, the Town Council will hear the interested wishing to be heard on that request.
