PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given:

1.-     THAT at a meeting held on August 21, 2023, the Town Council has adopted « résolution PPCMOI 1444-21-003 – Projet particulier de construction, de modification ou d’occupation d’un immeuble – Les Immeubles BCCG Inc. – Lots 3 147 188 et 3 409 431, Quebec cadastre– Monsieur-Ross street – to permit the construction of a multi-family dwelling with 12 dwellings, 3 floors and additional elements on lots 3 147 188 and 3 409 431 (lot having a width of 15.23 meters), Quebec cadastre, located in zone HC-228. »

2.-     THAT resolution 1444-21-003 has been approved by the council of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé, on September 13, 2023;

3.-     THAT an assessment of conformity has been issued by the Secretary-treasurer of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé in respect of resolution 1444-21-003 on September 15, 2023;

4.-     THAT resolution 1444-21-003 came into force on September 15, 2023, according to the Act respecting land use planning and development;

5.-     THAT the interested can consult this resolution at the Office of the Town clerk, at the Town Hall, 25, rue de l'Hôtel-de-Ville, Gaspé, during regular office hours.
