NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at an ordinary meeting that will be held at the hall of the Élias-Dufresne Center at Rivière-au-Renard, on June 3, 2024, at 7h30 pm, will consider the request for minor exemption from the zoning By-Law 1156-11, presented by Mrs Sarah Gosselin and Mr Étienne Brisson for a property situated at 2, rue de la Mer.
The nature and consequences of this exemption are the following:
- the nature of the minor exemption is to :
- reduce of 1,08 m the right lateral back margin in accordance to the minimal lateral back margin of 2 m required at the specifications Grid of the RT-167 zone of the Zoning By-Law no1156-11;
- reduce of 2,1 m the sum of the lateral back margin in accordance with the sum of the minimal lateral back margin of 7 m required at the specifications Grid of the RT-167 zone of the Zoning By-Law no1156-11.
- the minor exemption will have for consequence to permit the enlargement of the main building with a right lateral back margin of 0,92 m and a sum of the lateral back margin of 4,9 m.
During this meeting, the Town Council will hear the interested wishing to be heard on that request.
