NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at an ordinary meeting that will be held on May 1st, 2017, at 8 pm, will consider the request for minor exemption from the zoning By-Law 1156-11, presented by Mister Steve Thibault for a property situated at 42, rue Pouliot.
The nature and consequences of this exemption are the following:
- the nature of the minor exemption is :
- to reduce of 82 cm of the minimal lateral back margin of 2 meters required at the HC-227 zone to the specification grid at the required at the article 8.7 of the zoning By-Law 1156-11;
- to reduce of 1.29 cm of the sum of the lateral back margin required of 5 m at the specification grid of the HC-227 zone required at the article 8.7 of the zoning By-Law 1156-11.
- the minor exemption will have for consequence to :
- allow the construction of a private garage annexed to the residence which will be implanted at 1.18 m of the right lateral line;
- conform the sum of the lateral margins to 3.71 m.
During this meeting, the Town Council will hear the interested wishing to be heard on that request.
