PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given:

1.-     THAT at a meeting held on August 24, 2020, the Town Council has adopted the following by-laws :

1156-11-45:    « règlement amendant le règlement de zonage 1156-11 en modifiant les usages* autorisés dans la zone* HB-347 afin de permettre comme usage* conditionnel, l’usage* Bâtiment* servant à l’entreposage d’équipements de pêche et afin d’assujettir cet usage* au Règlement sur les usages conditionnels no 1172-12 »;

1172-12-12 :   « règlement amendant le règlement sur les usages conditionnels 1172-12 en ajoutant l’article 2.15 DISPOSITIONS APPLICABLES POUR L’USAGE* DE BÂTIMENT* SERVANT À L’ENTREPOSAGE D’ÉQUIPEMENTS DE PÊCHE DANS LA ZONE* HB-347 ».

2.-     THOSE by-laws 1156-11-45 and 1172-12-12 have been approved by the council of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé, on September 9, 2020.

3.-     THAT an assessment of conformity has been issued by the Secretary-treasurer of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé in respect of by-laws 1156-11-45 and 1172-12-12 on September 15, 2020.

4.-     THOSE by-laws 1156-11-45 and 1172-12-12 came into force on September 15, 2020, according to the Act respecting land use planning and development;

5.-     THAT the interested can consult those by-laws by calling the Office of the Town clerk, at 418-368-2104 extension 8505, during regular office hours.
