ENACTMENT OF BY-LAWS

            NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at its ordinary meeting held on November 2, 2020, has adopted the following By-Laws:

By-law 1425-20 :

« Règlement modifiant le règlement 147-78 afin de modifier un nom de rue (rue de Tar Point par chemin Maher). »

By-law 1426-20 :

« Règlement modifiant les articles 14 et 15 du règlement 1413-20 décrétant l’adoption d’un programme d’aide sous forme de crédit de taxes pour promouvoir la construction de logements locatifs sur le territoire de la ville de Gaspé. »

NOTICE is also given that those By-Laws are deposited at the office of the municipality and that the interested may there take cognizance by communicating with the Clerk’s office, by phone at 418-368-2104 extension 8505, during regular office hours.
