PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given:

1.-     THAT at a meeting held on November 16, 2020, the Town Council has adopted by-law 1156-11-47 by-law amending By-Law 1156-11 « en modifiant les usages autorisés dans la zone CE-271 afin de permettre comme usage spécifiquement permis l’usage Vente au détail de motocyclettes, de motoneiges et leurs accessoires (5594) et en modifiant les usages autorisés dans la zone CE-271 afin de permettre la location et la réparation de motocyclettes, de motoneiges et leurs accessoires en usage complémentaire à l’usage 5594 »;

2.-     THAT by-law 1156-11-47 has been approved by the council of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé, on November 25, 2020;

3.-     THAT an assessment of conformity has been issued by the Secretary-treasurer of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé in respect of by-law 1156-11-47 on November 27, 2020;

4.-     THAT by-law 1156-11-47 came into force on November 27, 2020, according to the Act respecting land use planning and development;

5.-     THAT the interested can consult this by-law at the Office of the Town clerk, at the Town Hall, 25, rue de l'Hôtel-de-Ville, Gaspé, during regular office hours.
