SPECIFIC CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, OR OCCUPANCY

 PROPOSAL FOR AN IMMOVABLE

PPCMOI 1444-21-001

NOTICE is hereby given that the municipal Council of "Ville de Gaspé", at its regular meeting held on July 19, 2021, has adopted by resolution the first draft resolution number 21-07-006 for specific construction, alteration, or occupancy proposal for an immovable number PPCMOI 1444-21-001:

This first draft resolution for the specific construction, alteration, or occupancy proposal for an immovable number PPCMOI 1444-21-001 aims to authorize the construction, by phase, of a tourist complex made up of a maximum of 26 chalets tourist rental as well as the development of the land including buildings and additional elements on lot 4 470 529, cadastre of Quebec, bearing the civic address 1961, boulevard de Douglas and located in zone PA-184 which is shaded in gray darker in the following sketch:

This specific construction, alteration, or occupancy proposal for an immovable number PPCMOI 1444-21-001 contains provisions specific subject to referendum approval, which will be more fully detailed in a subsequent public notice.

The written consultation regarding this first draft resolution was determined by the municipal council in accordance with resolution 21-07-006 adopted at its ordinary meeting of July 19, 2021. Thus, in accordance ministerial orders numbers 2020-33 dated May 7, 2020, 2020-049 dated July 4, 2020 and 2020-074 date October 2, 2020 of the Minister of Health and Social Services, any procedure which involves the movement or assembly of citizens, which is part of the decision-making process of the municipal council, can be replaced by a written consultation announced 15 days beforehand by public notice.

A written consultation on this first draft resolution will therefore take place from July 22 to August 6, 2021. Anyone interested can send their comments in writing to the legal services and town clerk office at the following email address: isabelle.vezina@ville.gaspe.qc.ca or by letter received at the town hall before 12h00 at the following address:

Consequently, after holding this written consultation, the municipal council will take note of the written comments received and may adopt a second draft resolution. This second draft resolution may consider written comments received during this written consultation period.
