PUBLIC NOTICE
ENACTMENT OF BY-LAW
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given :
1. THAT at a meeting held on May 25th, 2021, the Town Council has adopted By-Law 1446-21 « décrétant une dépense de 6 870 820 $ et un emprunt de 3 984 175 $ pour la réalisation du projet de la Capitale des pêches maritimes du Québec ».
2. THAT By-Law 1446-21 has been approved by the qualified voters during a registration procedure held from June 3rd to June 18th, 2021.
3. THIS By-Law 1446-21 and 1427-20 has been approved by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, on December 17th, 2021.
4. THAT this regulation comes into force in accordance with the law.
5. THAT the interested can have information for this By-Law by communicating with the Clerk’s office, by phone at 418-368-2104 extension 8505, during regular office hours.
