ENACTMENT OF BY-LAW
NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at its ordinary meeting held on December 20th, 2021 has adopted the following By-Laws:
By-Law : 1467-21
Règlement décrétant l’adoption d’un programme d’aide sous forme de crédit de taxes pour promouvoir la construction de logements intergénérationnels sur le territoire de la ville de Gaspé et remplaçant le règlement 1415-20
By-Law : 1468-21
Règlement créant un programme municipal d’aide financière complémentaire au programme Accèslogis Québec de la Société d’habitation du Québec relativement au projet de construction de 12 unités de logements à Petit-Cap
By-Law : 1469-21
Règlement décrétant l’ouverture de la rue Nellis (portion comprise entre le boulevard de Douglas et l’avenue Kennedy) et constituée des lots 4 714 004 et 4 714 027, cadastre du Québec.
NOTICE is also given that those By-Laws are deposited at the office of the municipality and that the interested may there take cognizance thereof during regular office hours.
