Minor exemption - 1300, boulevard de Saint-Majorique

NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at an ordinary meeting that will be held behind closed doors via technological mean of communication, on Monday January 17, 2021, at 7h30 pm, will consider the request for minor exemption from the zoning By-Law 1156-11, presented by M. Richard Labadie, for Pétroles Cadeko Inc. regarding the property situated at 1300, boulevard de Saint-Majorique.

The nature and consequences of this exemption are the following:

  • the nature of the minor exemption is to reduce of 6.98m of the front back margin for a gas station with a convenience store in accordance to the minimal front back margin of 15 m establish at article 13.3.3 of the zoning By-Law 1156-11.
  • the minor exemption will have for consequence to allow the construction of a gas station with a convenience store with a front back margin of 8.02 m.

In addition, due to the measures taken by the Government of Quebec in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic, the rules for public consultation meetings and Order 2021-054 of July 16, 2021, this draft regulation will also be the subject of a written consultation to be held from December 16, 2021 to January 17, 2022 inclusive. During this period, we invite anyone interested to submit questions, observations, or comments in writing, no later than January 17, 2022, 4:30 p.m., as follows:

  • By submitting them directly to the legal services and registry office located at the town hall at 25, rue de l'Hotel-de-Ville, Gaspé;
