ENACTMENT OF BY-LAW

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given :

1.      THAT at a meeting held on December 20, 2021, the Town Council has adopted By-Law 1466-21 «décrétant une dépense d’une somme de 748 700 $ et un emprunt de 748 700 $ pour la fourniture et l’installation de compteurs d’eau.»

2.      THAT By-Law 1466-21 has been approved by the qualified voters during a registration procedure held from December 30, 2021 to January 14, 2022.

3.      THAT By-Law 1466-21 have been approved by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, on February 7, 2022.

4.      THAT this regulation comes into force in accordance with the law.

5.      THAT the interested can consult that By-Law at the Clerk’s office, at the Town Hall, 25, rue de l’Hôtel-de-Ville, during regular office hours.
