PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given: 

1.-     THAT at a meeting held on February 19, 2024, the Town Council has adopted « résolution 22-02-044 - PPCMOI 1444-21-001 – Modifiant la résolution numéro 21-09-029 - Projet particulier de construction, de modification ou d’occupation d’un immeuble (PPCMOI 1444-21-001) – Gestion Mathieu Guimond Inc. – Lot 4 470 529 – Cadastre du Québec, Boulevard de Douglas – pour augmenter le nombre maximal de 26 à 29 sur le lot 4 470 529, cadastre du Québec et portant l’adresse civique 1961, boulevard de Douglas. » 

2.-     THAT resolution 22-02-044 – PPCMOI 1444-21-001– Modifiant la résolution numéro 21-09-029 has been approved by the council of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé, on March 13, 2024; 

3.-     THAT an assessment of conformity has been issued by the Secretary-treasurer of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé in respect of resolution 22-02-044 -  PPCMOI 1444-21-001– Modifiant la résolution numéro 21-09-029 on March 14, 2024; 

4.-     THAT resolution 22-02-044 – PPCMOI 1444-21-001– Modifiant la résolution numéro 21-09-029 came into force on March 14, 2024, according to the Act respecting land use planning and development; 

5.-     THAT the interested can consult this resolution at the Office of the Town clerk, at the Town Hall, 25, rue de l'Hôtel-de-Ville, Gaspé, during regular office hours.
