PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given:

1.-    THAT the Town Council has adopted by-law 1155-11-01 by-law amending By-Law 1155-11 en ajoutant l’article 5.3.1.3 Les paysages de Gaspé au chapitre 5 LES ZONES À RÉNOVER, À RESTAURER ET À PROTÉGER, et ce, afin d’inclure la Charte des paysages de la Ville de Gaspé au plan d’urbanisme.

2.-    THAT by-law 1155-11-01 has been approved by the council of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé;

3.-    THAT an assessment of conformity has been issued by the Secretary-treasurer of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé in respect of by-law 1155-11-01 on May 30, 2016;

4.-    THAT by-law 1155-11-01 came into force on May 30, 2016, according to the Act respecting land use planning and development;

5.-    THAT the interested can consult this by-law at the Office of the Town clerk, at the Town Hall, 25, rue de l'Hôtel-de-Ville, Gaspé, during regular office hours.
