PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given:

1.- THAT at a meeting held on May 5, 2025, the Town Council has adopted this by-law 1156-11-68, « règlement amendant le règlement de zonage 1156-11 en :

• Créant la zone M-278, à même la zone CE-278
• Ajoutant une grille de spécifications pour la zone M-278
• Supprimant la grille de spécifications pour la zone CE-278
• Créant la zone M-279, à même la zone CR-279
• Ajoutant une grille de spécifications pour la zone M-279
• Supprimant la grille de spécifications pour la zone CR-279; »

2.- THAT by-law 1156-11-68 has been approved by the council of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé, on May 14. 2025;

3.- THAT a certificate of conformity has been issued by the Clerk-treasurer of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé in respect of by-law 1156-11-68 on May 15, 2025;

4.- THAT by-law 1156-11-68 came into force on May 15, 2025, according to the Act respecting land use planning and development.

5.- THAT the interested can consult that by-law at the Office of the Town clerk, temporally situated at 25, rue de l’Hôtel-de-Ville, Gaspé, during regular office hours.
