MINOR EXEMPTION

FROM URBANISM BY-LAWS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at an ordinary meeting that will be held on December 2, 2019, at 8 pm, will consider the request for minor exemption from the zoning By-Law 1156-11, presented by Mr Daniel Provencher and cie inc. for the company McDonald’s restaurants of Canada Limited, for a property situated at 180, montée de Wakeham.

The nature and consequences of this exemption are the following:

• the nature of the minor exemption is to increase of 2 the number of signs who’s could be fixed on ground in accordance to the total number of one sign, required at the article 22.12.4 of the Zoning By-law n^o1156-11;

• the minor exemption will have for consequence to permit the installation of 2 more signs fixed on the ground to electrical type one with an area of 0,92 m² and with a height of 1,261 m and a second one with an area of 1,85 m² and a height of 1,261 m.

During this meeting, the Town Council will hear the interested wishing to be heard on that request.
