NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at its ordinary meeting held on May 1st, 2017, has adopted the following By-Laws:
By-Law 1331-17 :
« Règlement amendant le règlement 1179-12 décrétant l’adoption d’un programme de revitalisation pour les périmètres d’urbanisation de Rivière-au-Renard et de Gaspé. «
By-Law 1332-17 :
« Règlement décrétant l’ouverture de la rue des Ancêtres constituée d’une partie du lot 3 811 090, cadastre du Québec, sur une longueur de 255 mètres. »
NOTICE is also given that this By-Law is deposited at the office of the municipality and that the interested may there take cognizance thereof during regular office hours.

The Enterprise Méthot will be collecting the big garbage during the period from May 15th to June 2nd inclusively.
Big garbage accepted
Only from domestic usage, washers, dryers, stoves, fridges, water heaters, beds, mattresses, metal (more tank 1 kilo) furniture (assembled), detached automobile parts, rugs, carpets, car tires (maximum 4 tires and without rims) per residence.
Big garbage not accepted (Not limited to)
Garbage bags, demolition and renovation material like, windows, doors, clap boards, asphalt shingles, wood bricks, old windows, fish flakes, cement blocks, cement foundation, cement steps, residue from old barns, garages, hangars, automobile bodies, gas or oil cans, used paint or paint cans, solvents, batteries, propane tanks, steels cables, trees, branches of all sorts.
Anyone wishing to benefit from this garbage pick-up is asked to place their big garbage on the side of their driveway approximately one metre from the shoulder and objects must be placed only on the day before the pick-up according to the schedule below.
Piles of waste of all kinds will not be collected. In addition, it is required to place the tire and ferrous metals from other waste accepted.
If rubbish is not placed as indicated, it could result in non-pick-up of your garbage.

PUBLIC CONSULTATION MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that the municipal Council of "Ville de Gaspé", at its regular meeting held on Monday, May 1st, 2017, has adopted by resolution the following draft of by-law and that a public consultation meeting will be held at the Town Hall, on Thursday, May 18, 2017, at 4:30 p.m.
Draft of by-law 1156-11-27:
The draft of by-law amends the zoning by-law 1156-11, as follows:
- Agrandissant la zone M-240 à même une partie de la zone M-241;
- Modifiant les usages autorisés dans la zone C-330 afin de permettre comme usage conditionnel : l’usage habitation et afin d’assujettir cet usage au Règlement sur les usages conditionnels no. 1172-12;
- En remplaçant le troisième paragraphe et en ajoutant un quatrième paragraphe à l’article 25.1.2 MODIFICATION OU REMPLACEMENT D’UN USAGE DÉROGATOIRE.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at an ordinary meeting that will be held on Monday June 5, 2017, at 8 pm, will consider the request for minor exemption from the zoning By-Law 1156-11, presented by Mr Harold Verreault for a property situated at 27, avenue Gaul.
The nature and consequences of this exemption are the following:
- the nature of the minor exemption is to use the galvanized sheet as an outer covering (roofing) for an insulated private garage whereas this material is prohibited by section 5.5 of the zoning By-Law 1156-11;
- the minor exemption will have for consequence to allow the use of galvanized sheet as an outer covering (roofing) for an isolated private garage.
During this meeting, the Town Council will hear the interested wishing to be heard on that request.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at an ordinary meeting that will be held on June 5, 2017, at 8 pm, will consider the request for minor exemption from the zoning By-Law 1156-11, presented by Mrs Cindy Girard for a property situated at 5, rue des Malards.
The nature and consequences of this exemption are the following:
- the nature of the minor exemption is to reduce of 13 cm the lateral back margin in accordance to the minimal lateral back margin of 2 m. required at the specifications grid of the HB-265 zone by the zoning By-Law 1156-11.
- the minor exemption will have for consequence to regularize the location of the detached single-family dwelling with a lateral back margin of 1.87 m.

1.- THAT at a meeting held on April 3, 2017, the Town Council has adopted by-law 1156-11-26 by-law amending By-Law 1156-11 by
- « Modifiant les usages autorisés dans les zones AF-112 et AF-114 afin de permettre, comme usage spécifiquement permis dans cette zone, l’usage de carrière et sablière et afin d’assujettir cet usage au Règlement sur les usages conditionnels no 1172-12;

2.- THAT by-law 1156-11-25 has been approved by the council of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé, on April 12, 2017.
3.- THAT an assessment of conformity has been issued by the Secretary-treasurer of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé in respect of by-law 1156-11-25 on April 18, 2017.
4.- THAT by-law 1156-11-25 came into force on April 18, 2017, according to the Act respecting land use planning and development;

CALL FOR TENDERS
CLEANING OF THE HALDIMAND BEACH INFRASTRUCTURES
Ville de Gaspé request tenders for the cleaning of the Haldimand beach infrastructures located on the 5th rue de la plage.
The necessary documents and information can be obtained at Ville de Gaspé's town clerk department during regular office hours.
The tenders must be accompanied by a certified cheque, to the order of Ville de Gaspé, for an amount equal or superior to 10 % of the total amount for the first year, including all applicable taxes. The tenders may also be accompanied by a bond, for the same amount, and valid for a period of sixty days from the day the tenders are opened.
This guarantee must be exchanged, when the contract is signed, for an annually renewable performance bond corresponding to 10 % of the contract's yearly price, including all applicable taxes.
All tenders must be deposited in sealed envelops bearing the title "Soumission –Entretien ménager – Bâtiments de la plage de Haldimand" and will be received at the Clerk's office until 2:00 p.m., May 10, 2017, to be publicly opened the same day beginning at 2:01 p.m.
Ville de Gaspé reserves the right to accept neither the lowest nor any of the received tenders.

Ville de Gaspé request tenders for the canteen operation at the Haldimand beach located on the 5th rue de la plage.
