Ville de Gaspé request tenders for the canteen operation and the cleaning of the Haldimand beach infrastructures located on the 5th rue de la plage.
The necessary documents and information can be obtained at Ville de Gaspé's town clerk department during regular office hours.
The tenders must be accompanied by a certified cheque, to the order of Ville de Gaspé, for an amount equal or superior to 10 % of the total amount for the first year, including all applicable taxes. The tenders may also be accompanied by a bond, for the same amount, and valid for a period of sixty days from the day the tenders are opened.
This guarantee must be exchanged, when the contract is signed, for an annually renewable performance bond corresponding to 10 % of the contract's yearly price, including all applicable taxes.
All tenders must be deposited in sealed envelops bearing the title "Soumission – Opération de la cantine et entretien ménager – Bâtiments de la plage de Haldimand" and will be received at the Clerk's office until 2:00 p.m., January 11th, 2017, to be publicly opened the same day beginning at 2:01 p.m.
Ville de Gaspé reserves the right to accept neither the lowest nor any of the received tenders.
