NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at an ordinary meeting that will be held on Monday July 16, 2018, at 8 pm, will consider the request for minor exemption from the zoning By-Law 1156-11, presented by Mr Henri Tremblay for a property situated at 690, boulevard de York Sud.

The nature and consequences of this exemption are the following:

  • the nature of the minor exemption is to reduce of 1.07 m the minimal distance required of 1.5 m from the lateral line required at the article 8.8.1 by the zoning By-Law 1156-11.
  • the minor exemption will have for consequence to regularize the implantation of an isolated shed located at 0.43 m of the left lateral line.

During this meeting, the Town Council will hear the interested wishing to be heard on that request.

         The draft of by-law amends the zoning by-law 1156-11, as follows:

  • Modifiant les usages autorisés dans la zone HC-267 afin de permettre l’usage 4291 – transport par taxi, et afin d’assujettir cet usage au règlement sur les usages conditionnels no 1172-12

NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at an ordinary meeting that will be held on Monday June 18, 2018, at 8 pm, will consider the request for minor exemption from the zoning By-Law 1156-11, presented by Mr Maxime Bernatchez for a property situated at 269, rue Jacques-Cartier.

The nature and consequences of this exemption are the following:

  • the nature of the minor exemption is to :
  • increase of 2 m the permit height for a shed in accordance to the maximal height of 4m required by the article 8.8.1 of the zoning By-law 1156-11, and that, to conform the transformation of the garage into a shed with a height of 6m.
  • increase of 1.2 m the permit height for a garage in accordance to the maximal height of 6m required by the article 8.8.2.2 of the zoning By-law 1156-11, and that, to permit the construction of an isolated private garage with an height of 7.2 m.
  • the minor exemption will have for consequence to permit the transformation of a garage into a shed with an height of 6m and permit the construction of an isolated private garage with an height of 7.2 m.

During this meeting, the Town Council will hear the interested wishing to be heard on that request.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at an ordinary meeting that will be held on June 18, 2018, at 8 pm, will consider the request for minor exemption from the zoning By-Law 1156-11, presented by Mrs Gabrielle Minville for a property situated at 1, rue des Hérons.

The nature and consequences of this exemption are the following:

  • the nature of the minor exemption is to reduce of 14 cm the minimal distance asked of 1.5 m of the lateral line required at the article 8.8.1 by the zoning By-Law 1156-11;
  • the minor exemption will have for consequence to regularize the implantation of an isolated shed located at 1.36 m of the lateral line.

During this meeting, the Town Council will hear the interested wishing to be heard on that request.

Thw town of Gaspé ask the citizens connected to the Gaspé sector water network to boil their water at least one minute before consumption. The Public Work direction thank you for your collaboration.

The town remind you that it is a preventive notice and the public works department will notify the population as soon as the situation will get back to normal.

 

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given :

  • THAT at a meeting held August 2, 1999, the Town Council has adopted By-Law 745-99 “Modifiant le règlement 147-78 afin de changer certains noms de rues, d’ajouter certains noms et d’en rayer certains autres”;
  • THAT at a meeting held July 11, 2017, the Town Council has adopted By-Law 1337-17 “Modifiant le règlement 147-78 afin d’ajouter un nom de rue, soit la rue Florimond”;
  • THAT on March 26, 2018, the Commission de toponymie approved the addition of one street name, named Patrice-Quenneville, decreed by virtue of By-Law 1337-17;
  • THAT the interested can consult these By-Laws at the Clerk’s office, at the Town Hall, 25, rue de l’Hôtel-de-Ville, during regular office hours.
