PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given :

  • THAT at a meeting held on March 7, 2022, the Town Council has adopted By-Law 1473-22 « modifiant le règlement 1446-21 décrétant une dépense de 6 870 820 $ et un emprunt de 3 984 175 $ pour la réalisation du projet de la capitale des pêches maritimes du Québec, pour augmenter le montant de la dépense de 6 870 820 $ à 7 945 170 $ et augmenter le montant de l’emprunt de 3 984 175 $ à 5 058 525 $ ».

2-      THAT By-Law 1473-22 has been approved by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, on March 18, 2022.

3.      THAT this regulation comes into force in accordance with the law.

4-      THAT the interested can consult this By-Law at the Clerk’s office, at the Town Hall, 25, rue de l’Hôtel-de-Ville, during regular office hours.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at an ordinary meeting that will be held on Tuesday April 19, 2022, at 7h30 pm, will consider the request for minor exemption from the zoning By-Law 1156-11, presented by Mr Mathieu Guimond, for a property situated at 61, avenue Kennedy.

The nature and consequences of this exemption are the following:

  • the nature of the minor exemption is :
  • to reduce of 4 m the front back margin in accordance to the minimal front back margin of 7m required at the specifications grid of the M-416 zone of the Zoning By-Law 1156-11;
  • to reduce of 7,53 m the depth of a front court to install an isolated private garage in accordance to the minimal depth of 20 m required at the article 8.8.2.2 of the Zoning By-Law 1156-11;

NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council, at an ordinary meeting that will be held on Tuesday April 19, 2022, at 7h30 pm, will consider the request for minor exemption from the zoning By-Law 1156-11, presented by Mr Alexandre Boulay, for the lot 4 055 612, cadastre du Québec.

The nature and consequences of this exemption are the following:

  • the nature of the minor exemption is :
  • to reduce of 3 m the lateral back margin in accordance to the minimal lateral back margin of 5 m required at the specifications grid of the CR-285 zone of the Zoning By-Law 1156-11;

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given:

1.-     THAT at a meeting held on December 20, 2021, the Town Council has adopted by-law 1157-11-03 by-law amending By-Law 1156-11 « règlement amendant le règlement de lotissement 1157-11 en remplaçant l’article 2.10 OPÉRATION CADASTRALE PROHIBÉE »;

2.-     THAT by-law 1157-11-03 has been approved by the council of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé, on February 9, 2022;

3.-     THAT an assessment of conformity has been issued by the Secretary-treasurer of the regional county municipality La Côte-de-Gaspé in respect of by-law 1157-11-03 on February 11, 2022;

4.-     THAT by-law 1157-11-03 came into force on February 11, 2022, according to the Act respecting land use planning and development;

5.-     THAT the interested can consult this by-law at the Office of the Town clerk, at the Town Hall, 25, rue de l'Hôtel-de-Ville, Gaspé, during regular office hours.

The nature and consequences of this exemption are the following:
